Evleaks به تازگی تصاویری را لو داده که در آن محیط اپلیکیشن مدیریت ساعت هوشمند سامسونگ، موسوم به Galaxy Gear، قابل مشاهده است. با کنکاش در این عکس می توانیم در یابیم که ساعت سامسونگ از تکنولوژی NFC برای اتصال به موبایل کاربر استفاده می کند. منو های این اپلیکیشن نشان می دهند که اپ استور اختصاصی سامسونگ، برنامه های مربوط به این ساعت را ارائه می دهد و کاربران باید اپلیکیشن های مورد نظر خود را از آنجا دانلود و اجرا نمایند.
همچنین به نظر می رسد که کاربر از طریق برنامه Gear Manager می تواند ظاهر رابط کاربری ساعت خود را نیز تغییر دهد. گزینه Find My Watch هم برای کسانی که نگران گم کردن احتمالی ساعت خود هستند، می تواند خبر خوشی به حساب بیاید.
اما علاوه بر اطلاعات درز کرده از اپليکيشن مديريت ساعت هوشمند سامسونگ ، مشخصات و طرح موثقی نیز برای Galaxy Gear افشا شده است.
این ساعت هوشمند دستگاهی مبتنی بر اندروید جیلی بیلی خواهد بود و نمایشگری ۲.۵ اینچی از نوع OLED با رزولوشن ۳۲۰ در ۳۲۰ پیکسل در پیشانی خود دارد. علاوه بر این، دارای دو مدل با حافظه های ۶ و ۸ گیگابایتی خواهد بود.
سایر مشخصاتش عبارت هستند از پردازنده ۲ هسته ای با فرکانس ۱.۵ گیگاهرتز، ۱ گیگابایت رم، دوربین ۴ مگاپیکسلی با قابلیت ضبط ویدیوی 720p، و باتری با دوام با پشتیبانی از ۱۰ ساعت استفاده.
Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch app detailed in leaked screenshots
Prolific leaker Evleaks has posted a pair of screenshots that detail the management app for Samsung's new smartwatch, the Galaxy Gear. According to the images, the watch, which Samsung has confirmed will be shown at the IFA consumer electronics trade show in Berlin next week, will be managed by an Android app that allows you to change clock faces and load new apps via the Samsung Apps store. It's a similar system to that used by Sony's SmartWatch series and the successful Pebble watch. The screenshots also show NFC will help pair the Gear with your phone, as well as revealing an option to "Find my watch."
Despite today's leak, there are still many unanswered questions. What kind of apps will the Galaxy Gear have access to? Will Samsung open its app store to third party developers? And will it be compatible with any Android phone, or just Samsung's? There's also the matter of battery life — an obvious issue for a device that's likely to have a very small battery. The answers to all those questions will hopefully come on September 4th, when Samsung launches the Galaxy Gear alongside the Galaxy Note III. Samsung Galaxy Gear specs surface ahead of IFA debut
The Samsung Galaxy Gear smartwatch will be a Jelly Bean-powered device with a 2.5-inch OLED display with a 320×320-pixel resolution, if reports by AmongTech prove true.
In addition, the Gear could come in two different storage capacities: 6GB and 8GB options. Other specifications in the concept device include a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, a 4-megapixel camera capable of 720p video recording, and 1GB RAM, with a battery life up to 10 hours.
The Gear's hardware and software details allegedly come from an anonymous Samsung warehouse worker, days ahead of the watch's debut. One thing we can be sure of is the Gear's imminent unveiling. Speaking to the Korea Times, Samsung's executive vice president of mobile, Lee Young-hee, recently confirmed the tech giant's plans to reveal the smartwatch on September 4, alongside the expected Galaxy Note 3 smartphone.
